Paid $28 for the “Best Graphene Wash” and was very disappointed. After the wash, there was still visible dirt, water spots, streaks on the windows, grime on the pillars, dirty wheels, and marks on the front. For the price, I expected a much cleaner result. Definitely not worth $28 based on the condition my car was left in.
Wait until it rains… it’ll do a better job of cleaning your vehicle. There’s nothing quite like spending 10 minutes prepping your own vehicle, spending $30 for a wash, and then another 30 minutes trying to wipe all the spots what the wash missed (or just didn’t clean at all). The tire cleaning and shine is a joke. It looked better dirty. Will never go back!!!
We are members with two vehicles on monthly membership plans. Last night, I arrived about five minutes after closing. While I didn’t need a wash, I did need to quickly vacuum the back of my SUV before picking up clients from the airport on Friday. Although I didn’t catch the young man’s name, he was extremely kind and allowed me to use the vacuum for a few minutes. I truly appreciated his willingness to help and his exceptional customer service.
I just had a great experience at this car wash! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the service was excellent from start to finish. My car came out spotless and shining, and I could tell they take pride in the quality of their work. The process was quick, efficient, and well worth it. I really appreciated the professional attitude along with the personal touch from the team. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to friends and family!
