Windshutters removed and replaced our three sets of sliding glass doors in our home last Fall. They did a fantastic job! They were very polite and respective. The doors are great, and they sealed off all gaps completely. They also cleaned up our home when they were done and it was spotless too.
In July 2015 I had 3 large, motorized Roll Hurricane Screens installed on my lanai. In March, 2024 my screens would not respond to my remote control. They sent a technician who determined that the remote control was bad and would need replacement(this was second time). I was then told the company that makes them (Nice) doesn't anymore and not sure what they can do for me. They eventually found one in June 2024 and sent Edder (he's great by the way) but that remote was defective. He said he would report to Emily and get another or some other resolution and manually rolled down the screens. I contacted them in July, August and on Sept. 24, 2024 sent email pleading for resolution as they are too heavy to do manually. (I can roll down but not up). Manually rolled down for hurricanes last year but too heavy to manually raise. It is July 2025, 10 months later and still have no response!! NOW COMES ANOTHER HURRICANE SEASON WITH NO RESOLUTION. Would not recommend.
Had a nice experience with the two workers that came to fix the hurricane shutter today. Levi and Edder were very courteous and knowledgeable and fixed the problem with efficiency. They also re-cleaned the area after their work was done. Would highly recommend!
After 2 neighbors used WindShutters we did the same for full house hurricane protection. Includes 3 large remote control screens that enclose 2 lanais, each having multiple large sliders and glass service doors, and separate easy to install screens for all of the smaller windows. Price might be a little on the high side but the quality of the materials and installation are exceptional. A follow up call for assistance with adjusting one of the large remotes produced a rapid response and complete satisfaction. Getting caught overseas, being a bit older, wrestling with those metal hangars, or possibly having to evacuate are no longer a concern. Our nearby daughter or friendly neighbor can easily lower the remotes and slide on the smaller screens in just a few minutes if for any reason we cannot. Very highly recommended company and product.

Great experience and highly recommend - Windshutters was great to work with - Jeff was so professional, patient, and helpful given our special circumstances and complex installation (association paperwork and permits, high floor, in-air installation!). We were so impressed! The shutters look great and the team that worked on them were very efficient, courteous, and very professional. They obviously all take pride in their work. (And they also left the place clean when finished!)
