Our experience with Total Shutter was exceptional. From the start, working with Jessica was great. The scheduling was convenient and the crew came at the expected time. Daniel was awesome. We had some initial issues and he worked with me and my wife to make things work in a timely fashion. He gave us options and assisted us on a solution we were all comfortable with. Both sets of crew that came were polite, courteous, and worked hard to get the job done. This is a quality business and one that I recommend and will always use. These guys are a local business worth working with.

We are 100%, over-the-moon happy with Total Shutters. They have installed hurricane shutters on TWO of our condos in Longboat Key, and have both kinds of shutters.
When one shutter had some electrical complications, due to the wall being not straight (like many older buildings) the owner Kenneth Putz and his team stopped at nothing to get this fixed, up to code, and right. He came back again and again at his cost until it was 100%.
We LOVE these shutters and we LOVE Total Shutters!

I was rather surprised to see the unfavorable review regarding Andre as he is my sales person and I found him to be thorough, polite and very professional. He spent plenty of time with me explaining my options for my lanai and windows and he explained the process from start to finish. Andre was responsive to my questions even after our meeting at my home, that's why I went with Total Shutter Technologies.

One of our motorized storm shutters stopped working. After calling several businesses I found that most of them would not service any products that they hadn't sold. When I called Total Shutter Technologies They were happy to offer service and set up an appointment to take a look. The wait time was more than reasonable and both the men who showed up were professional, well trained, and very personable. They had the shutter up an running in less than an hour and the final bill was less than the initial estimate. Whether you are looking for service, replacement or a new installation, I would highly recommend this business.
