I swapped out a 100% Argon 55 cubic foot cylinder. There was no waiting. The gentleman behind the counter, Wayne, helped me very quickly in answering a couple questions that I had.

I was accidentally loaded with an empty cylinder. I called and explained the issue, and one of the office staff that lived nearby brought the replacement to my house later that day. Thanks for the great service!

I moved here from Washington. I own 3 200 size oxygen tanks. I asked them to exchange them for me, and set up an account, I go through 3 k tanks a week blowing glass. They refused to exchange them, they only rent that size. Ok well start an owner account for me, it’s standard procedure at any other welding joint. Nope, told me they want the rent, so they only rent my size. Ok I can appreciate the honesty, but where’s the common sense? They offered to give me three smaller tanks in exchange for my three large tanks, which is just down right insulting, and quite a weak hustle. I said ok give me five small tanks for my three large to equal out on cubic feet of capacity, even though the rates for smaller tanks are more expensive, I guess I’ll do that. He said how’s that fair to me? Well how’s that fair to me?! I own three tanks but you won’t exchange them, and you won’t sell me your large tanks, and the small tanks cost more to fill in the long run. Are you serious right now?! They were SO ADAMANT about me not calling Airgas, don’t work with Airgas they won’t work with you, they send everyone here, they’re too expensive. Ok cool. so I went home and called Airgas. Duh. They said come on down, we can give you same price, $21 for a refill, on the large size, we WILL exchange your tanks, and you still own them, NO RENT. I said yes! And now I have a cash account at Airgas. Wesco lied to my face about their competition, and I would never spend my money with a company that does business they way they do. Completely unhelpful, like they’re allergic to money. I will never recommend this place to anyone for anything.

Called ask to exchange my nitrogen bottle i own, they said no problem, gave me a new one 1/2 the size said they didn’t have my size come back the following week and would exchange it. Upon return this week was told to bad we don't have it and not going to fix the issue
