Reached out to this company for custom garage shelving, initially everything went very well and he seemed very knowledgeable. However, after about 3 weeks of emailing back and forth, when it came down to coming out and locking in an estimate, I received zero follow up. I get things come up but to just all of sudden not respond seems a little unprofessional.
