Dave the service manager is phenomenal. On the other hand, if you ever call after hours you will deal with a rude dismissive man who is most likely the owner. We had no water, the tank would not refill and we called him at 9pm. Before even hearing me out, he cut me off and told me we would be the first call in the morning. This is not the first time they have been dismissive and rude. Do not rely on this company if you have an emergency because they will not come and help if it’s inconvenient to them. Switching companies after today.

Had a great experience, Our well system failed on a Saturday and called over 9 places no one answered. These guys answered and had a tech out within 2 hours and had me up and running. Appreciate the great service and recommend them to anyone in need.

I saw a truck on the road and called for service because my softener wasn’t working. Dave came out right away and fixed the issue. I’m now on their monthly service plan because I have confidence in their ability to keep my system running and not have me pay for things I don’t need. Definitely recommend.

My husband and I were so stressed after buying our home and finding out the next day we needed a new water system. Bo came into my office for some work to be done, saw his truck and asked him about his services. He came out to my house the next day, gave me a quote, and had it fixed within the next couple days. Would recommend him to anyone around the area. Communicated well about everything that was going on. Thank you so much.

If I could give zero stars... I’ve been a customer of Water Pro for the last 6 years because of the price and service, which is $30 for monthly maintenance. You get what you pay for! They conveniently skipped me for the last two months! I had to call because I noticed my salt container was super empty. That’s when the owner, Bo informed me that he had skipped our home for the month of March. Now it’s April 29 and they still haven’t showed. I called again today to cancel their services and the owner could not have cared less! He was very rude and flippant. Conveniently he was sending a technician today, so he said. Their service has truly declined and their communication with costumers is zero! No loyalty to their long standing clients. Consumer beware!
