The process to get everything started was fine. Paid $12,000 for them to install my water pump in April 2025 it no longer works. It hasn’t even been a year. I’ve called and emailed multiple times to have it looked at and fixed, and they’ve completely ghosted me. The phones either go to voicemail or just ring and never get answered. I went to their storefront, and they’re no longer there.
