Our pool is bigger than most, built in 2004, and very “particular” in how all the parts work together! It is not for the faint of heart! VW took over our pool service, and they have been fantastic. Last week an O Ring failed after cleaning. I texted the company and they actually came right back, assessed the situation, got a new O ring, came back a second time to install. In the same day I might add. I highly recommend their service.
