Dewayne Madden our technician was on time and even in the rain he took his time to repair and reassure us that the problem was solved. He took extra time to explain everything he did to fix the problem and went above and beyond to do extra problematic repairs to avoid further problems. Dwayne did a fantastic job troubleshooting and repairing my pool chlorinator. While he was out he also looked over my system and discovered my temperature sensors were not installed correctly and he corrected the problem on the spot and then went through the system settings with me to ensure everything was where I wanted. Awesome job! A true professional!
