Diego and Larry and all the other workers who have been working in our house to clean up after an interior flood have been pleasant, and hardworking. Time is taken to explain every step in the process, making sure that we understand what is going on in our house. Although I hope we don't need to call United Water Restoration again! I would not hesitate to refer them to others.
can’t say enough good things about Diego at United Water Restoration. He handled water mitigation in my home after an AC leak, and he was truly outstanding every step of the way. Diego was extremely attentive and professional, always showing up on time and explaining clearly what he was doing. He came by several times to check the progress, carefully measured moisture levels, and made sure everything was drying out properly. He answered every one of my questions with patience and detail, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the work and about helping his clients. Friendly, reliable, and thorough — I felt completely confident knowing Diego was handling this. Highly recommended, as is all of United Water Restoration Group.
Wow! Day one… from start to finish it has been a great experience. I chose UWR of Lakeland because it had such a high rating and has not disappointed! Diego, my tech is very polite and professional, no attitude or apathy during the installation of the equipment, super task focused and efficient. He made sure I knew step by step what was going to happen and what I needed to look out for. Equipment is in place and he left the area clean and safe for me😊 Highly recommend this company.
Thomas and Roosevelt came out and cleaned up some water damage I had in my home from hurricane Milton, they were both very professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has water damage in their home. Thanks again.
When I had discovered water damage to my wall from my leaking AC unit, I was referred by Frank Gay Services to United Water Restoration Group. UWRG provided immediate response and had sent an agent to assess the area within the hour. I was very pleased with how quickly the whole process took, considering this was during the holidays.
Everyone was very courteous, unintrusive, & highly professional. They even made sure to be mindful of the aquariums & displays that were around the area. All were helpful when it came to any of my questions or concerns that needed clarification. Most notably, Larry Lynn, who was the agent that had initially made the assessment & had assisted me throughout the entire process; checking in regularly & available when it came to responding to my texts.
The actual job only took a couple of days. Composing of two teams ( 1st for setup on Day 1 & 2nd for removal on Day 2) Each team taking about 2 hours to complete their work. It was fast, efficient, & clean. I just want to thank all you guys who came by; Larry Lynn, Trevor Monje, Bailey Howard, Lee Ashton, & Jordan Washington. And everyone else on the team from the office that I was in contact with. I really appreciate your services & the hard work you did!!
