Paul Davis Restoration of Polk County

In mid-July I woke up to a pile of insulation and ceiling on my living/dining room floor. After reporting the incident to my homeowner's insurance company and hiring a plumber to repair the leaky PVC pipe in the attic crawlspace, I faced the restoration challenge.

A friend, who experienced a similar incident, recommended Paul Davis.

I called and that day (yes, that very day!), Trey Ellis stopped by and did a thorough evaluation of the damage and what was required for repairs. He took tons of photos and within hours, came up with a plan for repairs and costs. His professional demeanor put me at ease.

After the insurance estimate didn't jibe with the Paul Davis numbers, Trey and his team jumped through hoops for a reassessment. Long story short, agreement was reached and work proceeded after my visit to the office to select carpet and sign papers.

The project manager, AB Rodriguez, Trey and Alfredo arrived on the appointed day and work began.

They moved furniture (a workout since it is solid wood), removed carpet and began the task of scraping the ceiling paint and covering areas with plastic to minimize dust. Then the painting began.

During the labor-intensive process, Alfredo along with occasional help from his wife and son, worked diligently. They were polite, respectful, hard-working and kept tools and supplies in non-traffic areas.

I was at work all day when Andy laid carpet. When I returned home at 6:30, not only was the carpet installed but my furniture was back in place. What a pleasant surprise!

Paul Davis made a stressful experience one I could handle since I knew everyone involved kept me in the loop and didn't cut corners with workmanship. Without hesitation I would recommend Paul Davis to anyone coping with restoration challenges. Thank you to all. Had a leak under kitchen sink. Tower Hill insurance was the best. No negatives. Paul Davis did a GREAT JOB renewing our Kitchen cabinets. Cory and Doug worked teadiously and Professionally. It feels like we walked into the wrong house. What a transformation.

Paul Davis went above and beyond to repair my home after it was damaged because of flood damage. My flooring was replaced and they redesigned my kitchen to accommodate the new cabinets we picked out. The teams worked well with our work schedule and did their best to make sure we were comfortable while staying in the house during this construction. Their quality of work was exceptional. We would highly recommend anyone who is thinking of remodeling their modular home to use this company.

My gratitude for the gentleman, Mr Stephen Miller, they sent to my home the very day the water damage incident occurred!! When Mr Miller arrived at my home that very night, I was an anxiety filled mess. Mr. Miller was extremely polite and professional which put me at ease. As he examined the situation, testing the walls, floors and even the air, I went on and on about what happened that morning. He was so patient and kind and got right to work setting up the equipment needed to correct the problem I was faced with. He assured me that he would be back the following day. He was and with even more equipment to further along the correction of water damage to my wood floors and the walls. Mr. Miller was at my home daily without fail and always when he said he would be. His explanations of the daily process and progress was so thorough that I felt like I was in good hands and that I could trust his decisions.
