So so glad we called United Water Restoration Group. Customer service was hands down unmatched, fair pricing, fast scheduling, and excellent repair work. We discovered some water damage in our walls and they got it fixed and painted and it looks brand new- you would never know! Huge thanks to Bradley and Vitor- they (and their team) absolutely knocked it out of the park!

Long overdue review, but where do I start? This entire experience was 10/10. From scheduling to job completion to payment, this company really has it together. Due to a past AC leak, mold accumulated in an adjacent closet in my rental. Since I live in another state, I called their office seeking immediate assistance and got an appointment the next day (I believe I spoke with Mallory - she was so friendly and helpful!). The technician, Stephen Chun, texted me personally communicating his early arrival to the property and called me to discuss the remediation process. He was not only able to inspect the home, but also, able to remove the affected carpet and baseboard, and treat the mold within 3 hours. He even sent me pictures of each step! Lastly, the price - I'm not joking when I say this, I was quoted almost 3x more by another company to do the same exact job. I didn't even hesitate picking UWRG for the job because their pricing was so appealing. I cannot say enough about this company. Hopefully I won't have another mold problem like this, but I definitely would use them again if needed and I recommend them 1000%.
I should have started this incident with United Water Restoration. Jessica helped me understand the process. Now I know this incident won't take forever. Jessica assured me my floors should be dry in two days and we can begin replacement of the damaged items.
