Jess and Dan are a dream team over at Umbare pools. They walked us through the process of building a pool and have it down to a special formula so to speak. Our pool was built in like… ten days? Something crazy fast like that. And got to swim shortly after that (once the water was balanced and pool was ready). They were quick to address concerns and very friendly. I highly recommend them.

We can not express enough kudos to Umbare Pools for their fantastic job on installing our in ground pool. We could not have chosen a better pool company! Dan & Jessica Tripoli, the owners, were top notch from start to finish. They incorporated everything that we wanted, and better yet steered us towards better choices, when needed. Zee, our job site supervisor, provided the best customer service that anyone could ever wish for. He kept us informed every step of the way & had stellar communication in all aspects! Umbare also rocked the schedule, always making sure that the next "crew" was in immediately, with nearly zero "no work" days. Start to finish, our beautiful pool was installed in less than 2 weeks! Every single person from the dig crew, who were beyond speedy, accurate, and impressive ... to the plaster and paver installers everyone was top notch. If it's a 10 point scale, we give Umbare Pools a 20! They over exceeded our expectations... and for that, we are grateful. We were swimming in our new pool one month after closing on our home in Parrish, FL!! We highly recommend using Umbare Pools, INC.

Umbare and its team of contractors consistently met our expectations during our new pool build in Lakewood Ranch. The owner was present everyday and accessible for questions and feedback; something that is not the norm from what I see during construction of other pool companies. The ultimate build from other pool companies may be high quality once completed, but the process is excruciating. We see contractor teams (the same it seems that are used by Umbare) come in for a few hours a week on neighborhood pools; the sites remain a mess for months on end. We believed that this was the norm and that we as consumers had little choice but to deal with the way things are done in this industry. However, it seems that other builders have over-extended themselves and cannot keep up with demand. 19-day build for us and as long as the product meets expectations over the long-term, we are very pleased with Umbare.

Let's Goooo!!!! That's right, this company is 5 star!! From start to finish, the project management is excellent. We found Umbare Pools on YouTube and watched several videos and were very impressed. We then went to the website where you can pick your pool and add in what you want/need. We then called Umbare and we worked with Dan and Jess. They were super responsive with our phone questions, texts, and emails. The beginning stages were super easy since they do all the permitting and engineering phases. We met Dan with the mobile showroom to pick our tile and interior colors. And let me tell you, that is something to see, it's amazing how it's set up. Once it was go time, Umbare had all materials, pool equipment, a Porta potty, and dumpster delivered the first day. From then on, our day to day supervisor, Zee was here to manage the work and those guys are a well oiled machine!! They are here all day, every business day doing work, it's amazing to watch the process! A super great aspect of this company is they keep a very clean jobsite. At the end of each day, everything is picked up or thrown in the dumpster and the safety fence is back up. Super cool to watch such a seamless company move in and move out as quickly as they do! We couldn't be happier with our turnkey pool! It was built in less then 3 weeks!! Another awesome tid bit is you get a pool service for the first 30 days to get you up and running and you can chose to keep them or do what you want. Our pool building experience was A++ and I would highly recommend Umbare Pools!!!
