We couldn’t be happier with our new in-ground pool and the entire experience from start to finish. Every member of Duwet Pools truly excelled at what they do. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding.

Communication was excellent throughout the entire process — we were kept informed every step of the way, timelines were clear, and any questions we had were answered promptly and thoroughly. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and clearly took pride in their work.

DuWet was recommended to us by friends who had a pool installed by them. We just completed installation and we cannot express enough how satisified we are with the work that was done. The entire process was simple, upfront and fully transparent. Anything not done in a quality manner was addressed by DuWet. In fact, DuWet pointed out the issues and addressed it immediately before we even knew about it. Steve (sales), Kim (owner) and Chuck (onsite mgr) were all wonderful to work with. Kim provided weekly communication about what & when things were going to take place. Just outstanding service and communication. We highly recommend DuWet if you want a first class experience building your pool and/or spa.

We had an overall great experience working with DuWet. From start to finish, the process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly affordable. For under $85K, we were able to build a spacious pool complete with a hot tub, fountain, sun deck, and beautiful pavers. It was an incredible value for everything included.

The team was easy to work with and got us scheduled quickly. Now, we get to enjoy our stunning pool every day, and we truly couldn’t be happier. The sales and design staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Their weekly update emails were especially helpful, keeping us informed and confident about each step of the process.

The only bumps in the road were due to fence damages that were all fixed in the end, but I recommend to others to simply take down their entire fence during construction. It will save a lot of headache.

DuWet completed our new pool in April- (broke ground February 17th) and from start to finish their execution was outstanding. Their PM and job Supervisors- Zach and Josh were engaged and on top of the details. I can't say enough about the quality of the subcontractors they used. The gunnite crew was fast and efficient, forming and shooting the pool in just over 6 hours, the tile and coping crew did outstanding work, as did the paver installers. The DuWet office team was always prompt with their communication, and available to respond when asked. Hoping this is my last pool build, but I would not hesitate to call them again. They have restored my faith in the Florida construction community!
