Tropical plumbing did a great job! I asked a family member if she knew of a good plumbing company and she referred me to Tropical. she too had a great experience with them… loved Ernie. I had a difficult job, a problem ive had for YEARS. And I’ve had many plumbers over the years and not 1 of them could fig out what was wrong. But Ernie did. I’ve never been happier….. he figured it out, fixed the problem and they were more than fair with me on pricing! They were very accommodating with me and the fact that it was Xmas! I was even impressed with the receptionist , Kristie. She too was friendly, and EXTREMELY helpful. My situation was a bit of a problem but Ernie handled EVERY situation we ran into with skill and care.
This is the first review I’ve ever written. I just really thought that a good job should be rewarded but more importantly, people need to know who to call when they need a good plumber!!!! Tropical Plumbing, and Ernie
Are TRULY the best plumbers I’ve worked with, and I’ve tried all of the well known
companies, they couldn’t fix Any of the problems I had. ….. and still charged me!

We purchased a new outdoor kitchen from Paradise Grill in Naples Florida. Unfortunately they don’t connect the kitchen unit to the water or natural gas lines. So we contacted Tropical Plumbing Company in Fort Myers. Ernesto Mendez arrived as promised and did a great job in a difficult situation. It seems that Paradise Grill did not build my unit as promised and Ernesto did not have an easy access to connect the water lines. He did however manage to make it work and the results were great. He’s very good, knowledgeable and professional.

Ernesto is awesome! He replaced our seized garbage disposal with ease and also noticed our drain for the dishwasher was not secured properly. He took the time to ensure it was fully secured along with everything else under the sink. Highly recommend Ernesto and Tropical Plumbing!

Doannis Gomez from Tropical Plumbing Co. did an excellent job replacing a corroded gas pipe line servicing the pool heater. He was very thorough in his job and followed very safe procedures. Following the replacement he checked that all the fittings were working properly and there were not gas leaks before and after the heater was turned on. The company itself was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.
