Our rental house had a leak in the wall. Elmer came out after hours and got the 3 leaking pipes replaced. Was clean and timely. Tenants were happy!
A couple weeks later now Johnny came out to our home to perform AC maintenance. Very thorough. A great company over all for any of your plumbing and AC needs. Both were very professional and kind.
We had duct work done in our attic. Avis was recommended by manager @TBC where we have timeshares; thus, called, appointment. The team (Johnny and Mike V) came. Work well as a team; they feed off each other, a pleasure to observe. They work flawlessly, each feeding off one snother. Obviously both experienced, knowledgeable and efficient. The handler was moved, duct work replaced. Bottom line, NO MESS. For 2 days, our garage was their temp workshop. Not a speck left. One would have thought a cleaning crew did the job.

What I appreciated most was how he took the time to explain everything in detail and was honest about his assessment and the breakdown of the repair/work needed. He also took the extra steps to ensure everything was clear before he left. That level of transparency and care is hard to find.
I needed the plunger in my bathroom sink replaced. The part was not on the truck, or in the shop. Joe went to Home Depot and returned promptly and got the job done. We arrived at our home from NY late in the evening and noticed immediately that our Air Conditioning was not working. The thermostat read 86 degrees. We called Avis and their A/C technician Joe Jasilewicz spoke to my husband and tried to troubleshoot the problem over the phone, when that didn't work he immediately came to our home and identified the problem...it being extremely late at night and the unit being completely frozen he showed up promptly at 9 am in the morning and was able to go in our attic and get the unit running. He was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly...thank you Joe it was a pleasure and we are comfortably cool!
