Triple M Pools is the best pool service in Southwest Florida. Mick is communicative, professional and knows what he’s doing. My pool was completely full of algae and muck it was overflowing when it rained. Also motherboard that controlled everything was not working. Triple M was able to get it working and saved me thousands of dollar. My pool has been sitting since hurricane Ian. Triple M was the only company that physically came out to actually see the pool in person to give a quote for repairs. The other companies made me email pictures to determine a quote. Mick gave me a great price compared to any other companies that did not see the pool in person. The other companies would only gave me guesstimates based on pictures I had to email to them. Triple M brought my pool back to life. I want to thank you Mick I never thought it was possible.

I cannot say enough good things about Mick and Triple M Pool Service and Repair. I had a pool emergency and after a phone call to Mick, he showed up almost immediately- his response time was incredible. I was expecting him within 24-48 hours, not “Give me an hour to an hour and a half.” Not only was Mick quick to arrive, but the quality of work was top-notch. He got everything cleaned up and looking amazing.
Mick was also super friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in what he does. I’m definitely sticking with Mick and Triple M from now on. Thanks Mick for saving my weekend!

Mick called me on Sunday evening and came over Monday morning about our concern for our pool heater. He is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained all about our equipment and concerns we had. Lucky enough we didn't need a repair. He was very patient as we asked him many questions. Answered all and never rushed. I messaged Mick very early on a Sunday morning of a holiday. I told him I was new to having an inground pool and didn’t think the pump and heater was working properly. Mick messaged me back and said he would be here to check it out for me. He came when he said he would, went through my whole pump and heating system, cleaned my filter and spent a good 1/2 hour teaching me how my pool system worked. He wanted to get there quick because he knew people like to use there pools on the weekend and he didn’t want me to be with out it. Mick was amazing and he really cared about me and my family being able to use our pool. I would highly recommend Mick and Triple M Pool Service and repair. This a man who really cares about his clients. His price was more than reasonable and he will be the first guy I call when I need anything pool related.

About a month ago i contacted Triple M Pool Service to take over my pool routine service and cleaning, and have to say that I have had a great experience. The owner, Mick, has been very professional, always answers the phone and has been available for any pool issues I’ve had. I just recently had to replace the pool heater and his service was outstanding!
