Starting with a very responsive owner we were pleased with every step of the process from preparation to “curing” the newly filled, tiled and plastered pool.
It was a big job with a lot of moving parts. That’s why communication was so important. Friends had warned me that it’s a messy job….but the crew did an impeccable job of keeping the pool area clean.
Add to the fact that their bid was the lowest of several vendors, we can’t say enough about Vagner’s and Alves Pool Services.
Added bonus- we receive a weekly photo of our pool once it has been serviced. 5 stars!
Very professional. They are full service at a reasonable price. My pool had turned green with my last pool service so I tried Alves. I was very impressed so I kept them for my pool service. They even email you a report with picture when they are done!
I had to switch service and am so glad I found Alves. They know what they are doing and my pool is always sparkling clean. His pool guys are reliable and always show up on time. Alves also provided valuable recommendations on my pool pump, filter size I need for how often my pool is being used. He provided a great affordable service to replace my pool pump and filter to assure that my pool looks great and functions as efficiently as possible.
