Just got impact windows done throughout the whole house and couldn't recommend Triple Diamond Impact more. From beginning to end I was extremely happy with the work and ethics of Joe and his team. He was great from the very first meeting going over the different options and quotes, to the actual install. Joe and his team were professional, fast, efficient, gracious and just an all around great experience. I couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking for a contractor.

Right from the start Joe (owner) was open and honest about explaining the total variety of types of windows available, which would fit our needs (aesthetically, practically and cost). He explained most other businesses will come in and quote all top of line window models (insulated, low- E ) because it’s most expensive and best for the business not necessarily the customer. Joe explained ( all will be impact windows) we have some windows that did not need to be insulated Low—e for instance; because we had sliders on a lanai that only saw sun for 1 hour /day directly, other openings on north and south side of house that never see direct sun. (So no need for low-e there) and we have some that did need to be low-e. This advice was NOT the case for our other 3 quotes including Lowe’s and two others that were 33% higher total cost. We’re talking 52k Lowe’s -vs- 35k TDI. That’s a major difference!
Our house has 2 separate sliders, one huge pix opening 120 x 60”, and 22 other openings including an outside laundry room/pool door.
All window materials are aluminum and thick laminated glass hurricane minimum with about 1/3 being insulated low-e. Total job took about 2.25 weeks to install and cleanup. All done, they are beautiful, install was outstanding, crew was extremely respectful and knowledgeable, and the new windows keep all outside noise out. It’s amazing. When they are done it looks like these windows have been in for years, all sealed and solid. We had one mishap where a spray can of expand foam exploded and got on some leather chairs. Joe came to me shared the issue, and told me he was going to replace them… He did… brand new already received them ! So bottom line… I totally recommend TDI for your windows/doors etc. You will be super glad you did and not be sorry. Thank you Joe and Steve…. Sincerely . Bill
Joe and crew are excellent! I had my old French doors replaced with hurricane doors. They are very respectful and careful of the property. The doors are amazing, I wish would have used TDI for the rest of my house instead of that large company that's on tv all the time. Highly recommend TDI.
Update October 2025, the hardware inside the door broke a few years after the installation. It was covered by the door manufacturer (not TDI), but I had many issues with the manufacturer and getting them to my house for the repair. Joe and his team went out of their way to visit at night after working all day to remove the broken bars so I could open and lock the door again until the manufacturer could install new hardware which was redesigned...
There are very few companies these days that would go this far to help a customer in a tuff spot. If I could give 10 stars to TDI I would! Thank you Joe and team👍
I recently had 8 new hurricane impact windows and 3 hurricane impact sliders (one oversized) installed by Joe and his team, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Joe, the owner of the company, personally handled the installation, ensuring everything was done to near perfection. He and his helper worked tirelessly to keep my house as clean as possible, despite the dust and debris the process created.
From the initial consultation to the final inspection, Joe's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction was evident. He kept me informed every step of the way, and his attention to detail was impressive. Even when unexpected challenges arose, Joe handled them with professionalism and a positive attitude.
The new windows and sliders have made a significant difference in the comfort and security of my home, as well as nearly eliminating the noise from outside. Not only do they look fantastic, but I also feel much safer knowing my home is better protected against hurricanes.
Overall, the experience was excellent. Joe's commitment to his work and his customers is truly commendable. This was evident throughout the process but more so after completion. One of the window latches was different than the 15 others. Joe made sure to copy me in on his communications to the manufacturer and ensured that a replacement latch was shipped to me, which it was.
I highly recommend his services to anyone in need of hurricane impact windows and sliders. You won't be disappointed!
