Bob and his crew did an excellent job installing our Lanai hurricane screen. From start to finish they commuicated and we're up front expaning the advantages of the Defender screens compared to other more expensive screens on the market! Thanks for a great experience!

Hurricane Zones is an authorized reseller of Progressive Screens and the product called Defender Motorized Screens that can withstand hurricane force winds. Bob, the owner, is highly responsive, does what he says he will do when he said he would do it. His team was first class. They showed up on time, worked diligently to complete the job and answered the many questions I asked of them. They cleaned up and the product is beautifully installed just like the brochure. There are a lot of these type of companies in the Palm Beaches and the Treasure Coast but if you want a "gem" talk to Bob and get a first class product and the service to back it up! I highly recommend Hurricane Zones and Bob the owner.

Dear Bob
I want to tell you how pleased we are with the exemplary service provided to us by Terry and his team.
As you know, in August 2023 we contracted with a dealer/installer of the MagnaTrack® Defender Storm System manufactured by Progressive Screens. Our system was finally installed in July of 2024. It is comprised of 3 screens to enclose our summer kitchen. The third screen is only 4 ft wide but 15 ft tall and was constantly not closing properly. The “service’ from that dealer was marginal at best, and required repeated to calls over several months on 3 different occasions. On November 5, 2025, after a month of calls for service, the dealer service person came and said, “the screen, needed more weight at the bottom”. He would be back within 2 weeks to fix it. 2 weeks came and went with no calls, (I made over 10 calls with no response) and finally last week on January 2, 2026, I contacted Progressive Screens, the manufacturer and said “help”.
Progressive said contact Hurricane Zones, they are our best dealer in your area, and they “Progressive” would work out the warranty issue with Hurricane Zones. Kudos to Progressive (Justin, their dealer rep and Jack Sharpe COO) for being proactive to be sure a customer would be happy.
By the way, the “remote controlled motorized hurricane screens” are great, when closed you can see out without feeling closed in, but very secure during a storm. They were down during the hurricane of October 2024 when the F4 tornado passed a mile from us. Just a great product, but a great product needs a great team to install and support.
As you know, I contacted you immediately. You explained that the proper installation should have been a double-weight bar. You had Terry (manager for our area) contact me the following week and on Friday, January 9, 2026, your service team came to our house, with the additional weight bar and installed it within an hour.
It works perfectly now.
Again, thanks for your quick response and excellent service. I am just sorry when we were looking for companies to deal with you were not serving West Palm Beach. I know now that if I need service who we can depend upon to provide timely and quality service.
To anyone looking at installing the MagnaTrack® Defender Storm System, call Hurricane Zones, you will have the best product and best install/service organization.
