It’s just like magic. I signed up for a 3-year service contract, and they simply show up and take care of everything. I don’t have to worry about a thing, and my generator has had zero issues. With hurricane season starting, I’m especially thankful to know everything is maintained and ready to go. Highly recommend Total Power Generation!
Service tech showed up on time and did a very detailed exam of my 26kw generator. It needed a new battery but the rest of the unit was in top shape. The tech needed to call the home office and they were equally as helpful.
As i told Dave their manager, I wanted a company that wasn’t the cheapest but fair in pricing, honest and does quality work and that is what I received.. Great work yall.
