Our generator didn't exercise at it's scheduled time once again. Daniel had come out a few weeks prior. We called him again, and he walked us through the process of getting it back on. We were very appreciative that he took the time to do that for us.

My experiences with Generator works were by far the most professional trade company I’ve dealt with in years. They kept an open line of communication, did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. When you call, you talk to a person instead of a machine. The gentleman, Daniel, and his partner that took out my old Generator and replaced it with a new one were very professional courteous, and when they were done, their work space was cleaner than before they started. They gave a detailed comprehendible tutorial upon completion. Afterwards they turned power off to the house to make sure the generator and load sheds all worked properly and ran the entire house with no issues.My Generator has been exercising weekly right on schedule. I must say I feel much better having one less thing to worry about while we are under hurricane warnings. Their maintenance program not only includes more than the competing companies, but also cost less. I highly recommend them for any generator maintenance repairs or installations.

Needed service right since FPL had a major outage and the generator stopped working. Other companies said it would take days. Generator works came out in 30 minutes, diagnosed and fixed the problem and then offer a maintenance plans which discounted what they charged. Dan was simply terrific. Highly recommend them for service, knowledge and really caring about correcting my problem.
