We are absolutely thrilled with our master bathroom remodel by Top Notch Remodelers. The entire process from the initial phone call went incredibly smooth. Doug arrived on time to measure and generate the quote and was professional, personable and funny, we really enjoyed dealing with him. Top Notch Remodelers gave us our lowest priced quote which was firm and could do everything we wanted. We received progress calls from our project manager, Mindy, every two weeks to inform us of the progress leading up to installation. Then came installation. Adonis led the 3-person team who were hard working, professional, punctual, polite and we enjoyed having them in our house. The result is we now have a beautiful large walk-in shower where our tub was and a new closet where our small shower used to be. I will highly recommend this company to anyone considering a kitchen or bath remodel.

I had a very good experience with this business. I hired them to replace the standard tile shower in my master bathroom with a grout-less acrylic shower. They were responsive and professional throughout the process - there were a couple of small issues with the work and they came back to my house to correct them at no extra charge to me. They definitely seemed to care that I was completely satisfied with the finished work. And I am - it looks great and the shower works great!

Oh the installers Kenny and Adonis were always courtesy and respectful every time they were at my house!

My installation team was led by Adonis Smiley and he was incredible...the bathroom looks amazing! It took them about 3 days to perform demo and installation, they utilize another company for the custom glass and that took 3 weeks to get installed. The whole process with this company was smooth, all deadlines were met and the project took about 2 months to complete. My only issue is that they don't include the vanity and flooring. Finding a company as reliable as them to complete the remaining work has been a challenge.

We had Top Notch to remodel our shower and could not be happier! From the first contact, we had Doug come in and go over our options. He was informative, patient, and didn't pressure us with all the sales tactics. The office regularly contacted us for updates while they waited for the materials to be available to then schedule the installation. Installation was done in just two days and was EXTREMELY organized. Smiley and Harlen were our installers. They arrived on time each day, were approachable, and worked efficiently. Even between days, they left everything organized and without a mess. We love the finished product!

The new countertops completely transformed and elevated the look of my kitchen — it feels brighter, more modern, and much more updated.
