I had a great professional experience with this company . Starting with Kat my sales lady . Ending with David H ! While certainly not the cheapest option with Costco guaranteed workmanship I took the plunge and moved ahead with the purchase. Everything was done with out any problems or issues and I Do LOVE my new shower without a Tub ! I really appreciate the people I dealt with . Give them a chance you won’t be disappointed. Dawn
For anyone needing a shower refresh, I recommend Love Your Bath and the Jacuzzi product. The support staff that I worked with after the sale, Taylor and Kimberly were awesome. Extremely courteous and very helpful. I called a couple of times with questions and they were as polite as they could be, addressing all my concerns.
And the gentleman who did the installation, Jean Santiago, he was incredible. He too was very professional and courteous. He was also quite cognizant of the environment he was working in (nothing was damaged) and he paid attention to detail.
Overall, I am very happy with the choice I made and with the quality of service I received. Thank to you all.
Our master installer Wes P. was great very professional, prompt and communicated with us through the entire process. We love our new shower! We couldn't be happier with the process from the initial consultation (she was equally great and informative) to the end. So happy we went with Love your bath!
Jared was our salesman and he did an excellent job of explaining everything and reviewing our options. Mario and Saul did our installation and were wonderful. Not only was the finished project beautiful but they were very conscientious about prepping and cleaning up the work area as well as the path upstairs to our two bathrooms. I highly recommend this company and these three gentlemen.
We had an excellent experience with Love Your Bath remodeling our shower. The salesperson, Jimmie, was very thorough. He did a great job explaining our options without it being overwhelming. Scheduling was prompt and easy. The installers, David and Bill, were great communicators, friendly, neat and, above all, professional. It was obvious they were experienced. The installation went smoothly, on time and was exactly as expected. Highly recommend Love Your Bath!
