My daughter and I were here about a week ago. We went in because my daughter is now 21 and was able to transfer quite a large inheritance from her grandfather into her name and she wanted to start her jewelry collection. Her goal is to start with the basics, gold earrings gold necklace a string of pearls and some diamond studs. We were in the store for over 20 minutes and the two staff people were helping one other person. So two staff to one other customer and my daughter never even got a greeting. She had a $10,000 budget. I guess in St Armands that isn't enough to get a hello. We left. They had beautiful items.

I have been shopping here for over 20 years and I have always had an amazing experience. Just stopped in today and Mary showed my wife a really unique bracelet, needless to say she loved it (happy wife happy life). If you love quality, professionalism and extremely nice people stop in to speak with her. I highly recommend them, especially the prices! Returned there this week, waited 15 minutes to look at jewelry and left the store after being ignored.

Have been using them for years. Their selection is beautiful and unique. Service is amazing. I have bought custom pieces there and brought many pieces for repair or modifications. I always so happy! Today I picked up some diamonds stud earrings (old style) that had been damaged. They replaced the settings for me. I was so happy I left my other pair so they could replace the settings on them. Highly recommend this family run wonderful business.

For weeks I thought we were twilight zone but reality hit me today when I decided to go to Tilden Ross and select my Mother’s Day,
Anniversary, and birthday present! I had been there earlier and saw a beautiful pair of earrings.
While it was a really hard decision because the store is packed with tasteful current jewelry and the store is so inviting! The staff are very friendly, helpful, yet professional. I also never feel pressure that I have to buy something... they give you time to think...Prices are very fair.. SO I am very happy with my present once again!

This was hands down the best jewelry experience of my life. My fiancé and I where at Lido key to watch the sunset. We where only here on vacation from Colorado for a week and we had very limited time. We got to the shops right as most where closing. So we where window shopping. The wonderful owners saw me pointing and showing my finances jewelry in the window and was kind enough to ask if she could answer any questions. I was looking for a very custom piece. A very small pearl pendant, which isn’t very common. I wanted one the color of the gulf of Mexico and something to always remind me of this one particular sunset. She and her husband pulled out a box of pearls and helped me create a one of a kind piece (after hours and way into the owners time to be able to have dinner with each other) just to make this artist smile. I would highly recommend them and also please check out the textile pillows. The owner is quite the artist. I’m proud to have a piece made out of love from a loving couple, married 40 years. It will forever be a lucky charm and sit proudly on my neck. Thank you so very very much.
