First let me say that I was terrified at the thought of hiring any Florida contractors to take care of the flood damage to my condo, because most of them do not have a good reputation, but after hiring Tidal Restoration, I now have faith that there are amazing contractors here in Florida!
Rhett, the owner of the company was AMAZING! He always answered his phone or called me right back. He answered all of my questions and concerns, he advised me every step of the way, from dealing with my insurance company to everything else. He made a very stressful time less stressful for me.
His crew was professional and neat, and even though I was out of State during the remediation process, I knew that I was in good hands.
I put my full trust in Tidal Restoration and in Rhett, and they delivered!
