The inspector, Doyle, immediately earned my respect with his knowledge, honesty, and clear passion for what he does. He was incredibly thorough and detailed during the initial inspection. I also had the opportunity to speak with the owner, Joseph Margherita, who took the time to walk me through the laboratory findings in detail and answered all of my questions. After remediation work was completed by another company, I brought Doyle back out for a clearance inspection so I could move forward with the project. Right away, he identified issues with the remediation company’s work. He spent several hours explaining exactly what was wrong and why — and did so while canceling all costs of the visit!. I was genuinely blown away by Doyle’s professionalism, integrity, and the way he treated me as a client. It’s rare to find people who care this much about doing the job right.

TBMT tested our house last year after Helene hit us. The walls were removed and remediation had been done, but not enough. Mold was still found. Joe was great at explaining what the report indicated and what we could do to further mitigate. A year later, the house is restored, we tested again, much better results.
