I have had well water in my house for 35 years, and I finally decided to get a better water softening system than the one I got from the big box store that softened the water but did not remove the tannin or iron that crept in over the years. So two days ago I went to the Waterman to inquire, and today it was installed. Cameron did a great job in a timely manner. He explained everything I needed to know about how it works, and what I would need to do to upkeep it. I wish I had done this *years* ago.
I am extremely impressed that at no time did anyone from the company try to upsell me to more expensive equipment or water treatment products, etc. I talked with three different people on three different occasions, and everyone gave me the exact same recommendation based on the information I gave them. Great service and ethical salesmanship at a reasonable price! I highly recommend!

The day the water went on the old system they were out in an hour a Cameron got us up and running quickly again. Cameron also gave us a quote for a new system that was very reasonable and he came out the following week and installed it. Cameron was professional, knowledgeable, and honest would definitely recommend the company and the tech to others!
Cameron and Elias installed a new softener system for me in Palm Bay. My old system was old and not functioning well anymore, so it was time to replace.
The initial quote, the scheduling, and the install were all great. Everything was explained in detail to me, and I got plenty of instruction on how to maintain my new softener going forward. Communication was excellent.

AVOID, I don't know about the equipment cuz I never got that far. R & S soft water sells the same equipment with a much better customer service. The lady testing my water at the water man on Malabar road was a real hard ass, could care less about selling a $4,000 water system. I wanted to schedule a water system to be install the day after my closing but they refused to schedule it. something about its their policy, they have to meet me at the home then schedule it 2 weeks later to be installed. Also she had to keep running in the back and asking questions evidently whoever was was in back didn't want to be bothered to walk up front and sell the water system either. I got the same system for the same price installed by r&S soft water the day after closing, without any attitude, No deposit, no questions asked, no special policies I had to conform to. I got the feeling that the water man was a bunch of minimum wage employees that could care less whereas r&S water is family-owned and family run they actually care about and take pride in what they're doing.
