Today, I received services from R&S Soft Water Service, who installed my Reverse Osmosis System. James and Jared were very respectful, honest, and professional from start to finish. They went above and beyond, explaining all the equipment maintenance and processes, as well as providing tips for proper system use. It has truly been a very pleasant experience with this company from the moment we stepped foot on their premises. The owners took a lot of their valuable time to explain how our water softener system works. It's great to know you can count on this type of company in our Brevard community. James and his crew took it from there, and they were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and were incredibly courteous throughout the install. James and Jarret installed our water softener system yesterday. And with only 1 day of use, MY WHOLE FAMILY LOVES IT!
As a geek myself, I wanted to know how the system worked. James not only explained how the parts and system worked, we discussed how to flush my whole house, how soft water would affect my herbs and tropical fish, and how to take care of my new system myself. Jarret worked diligently installing our whole system in less than 2 hours minimizing our time without water.

Wow!!! What an amazing experience with Mr.James and Jared today. They added a new system to our home, a new reverse osmosis a new line to our fridge and even added a new faucet. He was incredibly clean, precise, knowledgeable and professional. Even put up with my nervous chatting lol, even though I had questions and spoke while he worked he didn’t seem to mind answering while working. I have to say that we’ve hired R&S for several things and Mr. James stands out, he cares about his work and the customers. I must mention Mr. Chris who has done several jobs here as well and has been also very
professional. Thank you all for your hard work and caring to educate the customer.

James did a great job installing my home water filtration system...going the extra mile to bury the water lines and position the unit inside my fence. He also did a great job explaining how the system works and how to manage the unit. Overall GREAT experience well worth the investment...I would DEFINITELY recommend!
