Jim is a true expert! My wife and I swore up and down we had mold in our home. Getting sick more then normal and it was time to have it looked at. I'm very happy to have found The Mold Guys online. Jim came to our home answered all of our questions and got to work. He even explained what it would like like to treat mold if the results came back positive.
We got the results back from the lab and we're very thankful that Mold is not the issue we thought it was.

TRANSPARENCY!!! Jim called and went over the report in fine detail. It would have been easy for him to sell us a whole treatment plan but he DIDN'T! He gave me a few pointers as to what he would do, just a few tips and that was it. He didn't pressure us to buy additional services or testing. Jim is very knowledgeable with 25 years experience and I would use his services and recommend him to anyone needing help with Mold!

Had a great experience with the Mold guys. I was recommended to them by one of my customer's from my business. Jim was very professional and was able to get me on his schedule right away. When we got the results back from the testing he emailed me the results and thoroughly explained to me what had to be done by phone.

I was very pleased with every aspect of my job with the mold guys company! They took care of my situation as quickly as they possibly could obviously mold it's not something you want to take your time with. I was handled very professionally politely and respectfully. I've read a few other comments on this site and I am perplexed. That is absolutely not the experience we had. And there were situations where Jim the owner had opportunity to get very angry and speak unprofessionally with an outside situation, but he handled it very professionally and respectfully. Also I'd like to mention there were things in our assessment and proposal that were said to be done, but after getting deeper into the situation he found out they weren't necessary handled it a different way. Which meant a huge savings for us. We were not on site we were back in our home up north. He did not have to tell us that he saved us money he could have just continued on with the job but he was honest and thoughtful of my needs. I give this company five stars but if I could I'd give it many more very happy with the job!! Don't take the negative reviews to Heart quite possibly they were competition just trying to shoot him down. Very happy customer here!
