We called this company to ask questions about possible moisture and mold in our flooring that was only briefly wet after the storms. I spoke to James on the phone for quite a while and he thoroughly explained what to look for. We still had him come out to see the situation in person to assess. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Definitely a nice, trustworthy guy! Was having a problem with dust & mildew collecting around the AC vent in my bathroom. Yuri came out and discovered the cause (vent partially blocked by construction debris (paper)). He cleaned up the area, adjusted the vent and now the bathroom is cooler and dryer. It's great to find a competent professional who provides first rate service for a fair price. TRUST THIS FIRM!
