Mr Yoho who is the owner of Damex Corporation was very hands on in the rebuild of our condo after Hurricane Ian damaged it. He kept us well informed of each step and took our ideas and used them. Would use this company again without hesitation.

Absolute lifesavers!
The crew that handled the remediation (shoutout to Robert and his team) was punctual, respectful of our home (shoe covers, plastic sheeting everywhere, constant communication), and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. They didn’t just remove the visible mold — they found and fixed the hidden moisture sources. They even took air quality samples before and after to prove the space was safe again.
If you’re dealing with mold, stop shopping around and call these guys. 10/10, would recommend to anyone — they turned a nightmare situation into a complete non-issue. Thank you!!

Tyrell and Michael came to my home recently for mold remediation due to a leak. They were knowledgeable, friendly and very thorough. They were very clear with their communication in terms of what the steps would be to repair the site from start to finish. They really helped settled my nerves. They were also very clean and tidy with the work space, very respectful of my home. When they left it was like they were never there. The next crew that came in for the dry wall repair left my walls as if they were never touched. Although I hope to not have any mold issues in the future I know who to call if I do!
We couldn’t be more pleased with Damex. We accidentally spilled and splattered a half-used, 5g paint drum all over the corner of a room with tile floors. It was impossible to get up. Clarissa got me scheduled immediately. Robert came the same day that I called to assess the damage, and supplied 2 people at our house within hours. They finished the job the next day. This impressed the heck out of me! They were very professional. Took the time to cover the floors and walkways with paper and plastic, as not to track any further dirt and damage. We can’t thank them enough!
As an owner of a Property Management company my two greatest assets are human resources and trusted and honest vendors. Damex is one of them. After a storm and two hurricanes having a trusted company is priceless. No price gouging!! From start to finish, Robert and his team provided exceptional service. Not only did they do outstanding work, but they also went above and beyond to make all parties involved comfortable with the process.
