I've used Flostop for two large jobs. First covered by insurance, and then they did such a great job that I had them do another large project for me. They did amazing work on both and were very communicative across the process. I'd use them again for anything I need!

Immediately after Ian I was lucky enough to meet Nick. He is a fantastic individual who did so much so quickly with professionalism and knowledge that he really saved my house. He brought his team in to do what he knew how to do. He absolutely went way over and above. I cannot recommend him and his company higher. And he was very fair. Thank you Nick

My kitchen and bathroom were damaged in my condo from a water pipe leaking from above my unit. It was necessary to remove the cabinets and replace them, along with the bathroom vanity and sink .
There was water between the wall between the kitchen and bathroom and I had to push them to get a mold test which was extremely expensive. The wall between the bathroom and kitchen was very poorly done and had to be re - drywalled and painted. Their tiling was poorly done, as was their cabinet measuring and painting. They said they polished the granite, and didn't, and did Not clean up after themselves and do not stand behind their work. It took 2 and a half months after their estimating much less. I could go on, but all in all I don't think they cared about the job they did for me.

I'm writing on behalf of my parents, hence Anonymous, as they didn't want to make a fuss, but I believe this should. While the work itself went well and we appreciate the others involved in the process, our experience was soured in the beginning by dealing with Janelle. I see in another post she's an "Office Manager". I had the displeasure of interacting with her over two years ago and didn’t speak up then, but unfortunately, despite dealing with her again on this recent project ---nothing has changed. Her rude, snippy tone leaves a sour taste. If you're reading this Janelle, are you this way with your friends and family? It's just not right. She lacks professionalism and is not suited for a customer-facing role. That said, we do appreciate the overall work that was completed — if you’re considering doing business here, don’t let her sour it for you.

We recently found ourselves early one morning with a ceiling that was full of water and collapsing directly below our air conditioner in the attic😩 We contacted FlowStop to come out and take a look at our situation. They thoroughly analyze the extent of damage and presented a plan for immediate remediation for any possible mold damage .As a preferred vendor of our insurance company, we were able to get them on the case immediately and they cut out the affected area of the ceiling and installed various fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the area. They came out several days in a row in the morning to monitor the progress and that even included a Saturday! On Monday morning, when they came out, they determined the drying was going well and on Tuesday it was virtually complete and they were able to remove the equipment and begin to prepare for the reconstruction of the ceiling. Throughout the process they were attentive, thorough, responsive and very professional. We look forward to having them get started on the reconstruction, texturing and painting of the ceiling very soon. We would highly recommend them for any similar situation you might encounter and best of all their local right here in Punta Gorda😊👍
