Once again the team that Jorge sent for a deep clean of my terrazzo floor was the best! Brian and Todd did some trouble shooting that ensures the floors came out great after some initial bumps and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. It’s like the entire house had a makeover with the floors being whiter and brighter than ever. Being 60 years old, the terrazzo isn’t perfect, but they made it amazing!
We are very happy with Best Restoration! This is the 3rd time we’ve used them and it will not be the last! Carlos arrived 10 minutes early from the 2 hour window we were given so that was a wonderful start! He inspected all 6 rooms to be cleaned with me and then got to work vacuuming everywhere prior to bringing in the long hose to clean our rugs. He did a very professional job and our rugs look amazing!! It did take longer to dry than he anticipated but that probably has more to do with the humidity in the air. Highly recommend!

From the initial walkthrough to the installation of their equipment as well as the periodic check ins, everyone on their crew was positive, polite and patient during a very stressful event. They kept me informed on the progress and finished the job ahead of schedule! Can’t recommend them enough!!!
Best Restoration made the mending of our condo so simple! Tristan took control of our problem working directly with our insurance agent. He was exceptionally professional from the very beginning to the very end of the job staying in contact with us and explaining the process every step of the way. We felt very confident that he knew what he was doing and that we had nothing to worry about. He was right. The clean-up and rebuild was quick and painless. I would call them again in a heart beat, but I hope we don't need to anytime soon!
I am so happy I decided to get my tiles and grout cleaned with them. Augstin and Louise were very professional and got straight to the job. They did so well my floors like so good just as I would have just moved into my home. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
