Do Not Look any Further. Use this company if you want the BEST. My new home construction had mold on the roof trusses and wood framing that would have been covered up and hidden behind the drywall by the builder without Johns company. The comprehensive inspection report complete with lab test results and photos confirmed what I was seeing and validated what needed to be done. His company exceeded every expectation and provided a way for me to feel safe in my new home for years to come. It's rare to find people who can walk the walk and talk the talk. HE IS THAT GUY. Just wanted to say that John is super duper! Though he did not actually do my mold inspection, he helped me to understand what to look for in a mold inspector. My family and I moved to Florida from Wyoming and noticed something off in our apartment. It was musty, and the airvents were covered in mold. I took them off and discovered what is in the pics. I immediately looked up a mold inspector, and there are few, and Johns company came up. He immediately answered, told me he normally does big jobs, but offered to help me through what to look for in other inspectors. He also timely answered the phone, texts, and advised me on how to inform my landlord of the izsues. Ultimately, we ended up having our lease cancelled and refunded all funds paid. Thanks to Johns help, my family will not be sickly people!

John was extremely knowledgeable and professional; he took the time to understand our associations concerns to make sure we had a safe environment. Additionally, as he conducted the inspection and testing, he took time to explain to me what he was doing and what each procedure would or would not find. Working with John Acaron was an excellent experience. He responded immediately to my call, listened carefully to my concerns, asked important questions, explained the services he offers and the processes involved, provided a proposal and then scheduled the inspection and testing promptly.
