The Ace Sunshine of Naples FL is my favorite down home hardware store. Always happy, friendly, and knowledgeable employees. The way it used to be, the way it should be, the way it is. Thank you.

I simply walked in, waited for 20 minutes to get a key cut, to be told by a rather rude employee, that they don't cut keys that they don't sell. Fine with the policy, someone else will do it, but could have done without the attitude from the employee. Good luck.

I am very impressed. Their staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. Anything you need, they are eager to help. Very polite. And the store has all your household needs!

Had a great experience at Ace! We used their online texting feature on their website to find out that the downtown location can make car key copies! I recently bought a used car and they only gave me one key for it - so this was super helpful! The gentlemen that helped us make the key copies even walked us out to the car after the first key was made to ensure it worked before we went down the path of getting more! We had to pick up some ant block and mite spray as well when we were there! 10/10 recommend this location!!
