These folks are awesome! I foolishly fell for a phishing email. The fabulous Michael answered the phone when I called this morning. No call center on the other side of the planet!
I was able to bring in my laptop the same morning. Michael was terrific. Kind, empathetic, listened to my whole story, did not make me feel stupid for falling for the scam. He disclosed all pricing up front. Michael answered all my questions with patience and thoroughness. I happened to be able to get my laptop back the same day. Michael explained exactly what he did, and again answered all my questions with kindness and empathy.
This terrific local small business earned every penny today. It was well worth it.
I felt like an individual client they actually cared about. Not one of thousands like at the big blue box store where I am just a nameless email address and phone number.

My laptop died . I took it into Naples Computers . They were pleasant and highly professional. They were not hopeful that it could be revived but I left it with them for testing. Within half an hour they called me with bad news . The hard drive had departed this planet . I went back in the next day to pick it up and asked how much I owed for their work. They would not charge me anything. That’s classy and speaks to their integrity. I would not hesitate to use them again and recommend them highly .
11/10 service! My laptop was having trouble booting up, and AJ was able to help get it working by the next day! He made sure I didn't lose any of my files or documents from before. Thank you so much AJ!
