I contracted with Sunbelt in late September to have my house coated and sealed. Within just a couple of days, the crew began work—removing the downspouts and any other obstacles to prepare the exterior for spraying. The entire job was completed in less than a week.
This isn’t just a paint job—this is a coating system that seals your home for improved energy efficiency, which is especially important since my home was built in 1971 and is located in Florida.
After the work was completed, Sunbelt sent out a final inspector (thanks, Dave!) to review the job. If anything doesn't meet Sunbelt’s quality standards, the crew comes back to fix it—no questions asked. That kind of attention to detail really gave me peace of mind.
One of the biggest perks: I’ll never have to paint my house again. The coating comes with a lifetime warranty—and even better, it’s transferable if I ever decide to sell my home. That adds real value, both in terms of maintenance and future resale.
I was so impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of the team that I’ve already contracted Sunbelt again—this time to replace the side door of my house.

SunBelt did a fantastic job applying Tex-Cote paint to my home. The project went exactly like James, the salesman, said it would go. Jorge and his painting crew were true professionals. They answered all my questions and address all of my concerns. Zac reviewed everything with me during the final inspection and answered all of my questions. We just had the house painted with cool wall and they repaired about 100 feet of step cracking and they did a wonderful job. I am extremely happy with the way it turned out and the crew that worked on my house were extremely knowledgeable and performed their jobs with professionalism And for this I give them five stars.
