We, of course, decided to do our home renovations in 2021 right in the middle of the “supply chain” issues. Infinity SW Builders, and Erin in particular, did a great job managing many different variables and subcontractors to create a showcase kitchen plus more, that transformed our small, vacation house into our dream, forever home. Erin took my “needs & wants” and worked within our house’s footprint to create light, airy space that makes me smile every day. The kitchen is the heart of our home; my husband is a trained chef and I dabble, so it is important to us. Her design reflects that in its efficiency, space and beauty. And the team executed the design flawlessly. Special shout out to Ray who is a master at all of the little details, from drywall to paint to clean up. He is a perfectionist! In addition, Erin is connected to terrific subcontractors - lighting, flooring, fixtures, you name it - that make the design sing. We are VERY HAPPY with the result.

Erin, and her team did a fantastic job remodeling our home. Very helpful when it came to design work, picking out quartz countertops, new flooring, etc..

Infinity did all the work while we were gone, and kept us up to speed with the work being accomplished with constant pictures and updates.

When we did come back to check on the finished product, we found some very minor things that needed to be addressed, and Erin, and her team jumped right on it and had them done in no time. And they were all done with a smile, and pride.

On time, and on budget! That is the true test of a great contractor, and Infinity did both. We could not be happier with Erin, and everyone at Infinity.

We have used Infinity SW builders twice. The first time was to do a complete to the studs remodel our master bath. They were professional and finished the bath in the time period that said they would. Our bath was beautifully transformed from a ‘70 pink to a updated beautiful gray.
The second time was after Hurricane Ian, our home took on 7.5 ft of water so it needed a complete remodel. This time Marc had added designer Erin who was great. I found Erin knowledgeable, down to earth, & patient with me as we navigated the 50% rule, permitting, insurance (not knowing how much money that insurance would give us), plus my need to see everything while being 1100 miles away. Again they completed the much larger project in the time period they said they would. Marc was more than fair when unexpected situations came up. We are more than happy with our newly remodeled home.
We would use Infinity again if we had the need.

They stared out good. Everything seemed organized and everything moved along well.
The project could have been completed 2 months earlier than it was. No communication with us and very little with their own subs. The project manager dropped the ball completely. Then they send us a letter that they were going to file a lien on the property 30 days before they completed the punch list (not the only customer they have do this too) Who does that? I have never been treated so badly by a vendor in my entire life.
I do not recommend this company.

I just want it to thank Marc Militao and Infinity Southwest Builders for my kitchen renovation, Marc and his staff did an awesome job renovating my kitchen. They took care of every detail in a timely matter, good price etc... I can't say enough of Mr Militao, he is a very respectful and easy to work person.
