Al and his helper were terrific! Both were conscientious and professional the entire time they were here and answered all my questions thoroughly. They cleaned up after they were done and went above and beyond to ensure our place looked even better than it had when they arrived. I highly recommend them for repairs and installation of storm protection items.

We recently had a Hurricane window shutter and rolldown hurricane screens installed on our lanai by Storm Protection of South Florida. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the owner and employees.
The first thing that impressed me the was the estimate phase. We are also going to have impact windows installed in addition to the hurricane screens. We had 2 other companies give us estimates. The sales pressure tactics from the other companies was overwhelming. The prices for all were competitive, but the information and detail (without any sales pressure) given by Al Carter, the owner of Storm Protection of South Florida sealed the deal for us.
Our shutter and hurricane screens have been installed and we couldn't be happier with both the quality and the workmanship. Everyone involved was friendly, worked efficiently and cleaned up.

I would like to comment on our experience with Al Carter and Storm Protection. He arrived at our home and explained to my wife and I his products and installation procedures. He informed us when they could start and when the job would be finished. Sure enough they showed up the day he said and also finished when he said. His installation crew did a fantastic job and each night before they left they cleaned up everything. After his crew finished the installation and left Al showed up to inspect their work and looked to see if they left any mess. I knew his sales and installation was fantastic and knew if at any time we needed service it would be game on. Sure enough we had a minor problem with one of the electrical shutters so I called Al. Within five minutes he called me back and said he would be here Friday to fix our problem. Sure enough Friday arrives as well as Al. He fixed our problem in no time. We are so happy and pleased with our hurricane shutters and with Al Carter and Storm Protection. Harold and Debbie FLeming
Recently moved to FL after Ian and began a search for storm shutters. After interviewing a few vendors, it was increasingly clear that Storm Protection was our provider. I viewed their work on my neighbor's home and always admired SPSF's work. I requested a daily visit to supervise his employee's work personally. To our delight Al Carter personally worked on our project to completion. I still shake my head as to how beautiful our home looks and how precise and smoothly the shutters work. Cost - best of my batch!
