Bob was very nice and easy to speak with on the phone. They were able to get out fairly quick. The workers were running behind on the morning call, but considerately gave me a call to let me know the updated arrival time. Steve showed up with two co-workers and they were able to quickly swap out the motor and a few broken slats. Evrything is working well. Thank you very much Shutter Motor Service.
