They kept me well informed on permit approval and sending status updates. They installed the shutters quickly and I am happy with the final product. Great customer service and I would hire them again.

Highest of praise for Storm Protec. We did a whole house installation including some tricky windows and Storm Protec did a fabulous job overall. We hit a few bumps along the road but Ricky stood by his workmanship to the end. We especially appreciated the personal attention from Tavi and Beatryz and would like to give a special shout out to Francisco for his excellent work. We would not hesitate to use Storm Protec again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great service from quote to installation, happy with result, work completed in a professional way, covered floors, furniture etc and cleaned up when finished. Ricky is great!

Beatriz was very helpful in getting the permits done for us. Which initially I thought would be very helpful, until it took forever to get the permits and HOA approval due to not receiving the correct documentation from Storm Protec. Day of install the workers were 4 hrs late! However, the minute work was completed I began getting calls for payment. I wanted to wait until after inspection to pay in full ( which is standard practice ). I was told they would not call for a final inspection until after payment was pd in full.
They did good work and we passed inspection but if anything does go wrong, you do not have any recourse. Bad business practice. Lesson learned.

Rick and his team did an absolute job, I am very thankful to Stormprotec for doing all my windows, doors and patio enclosure. Very professional, on time, works with you, and clean.
