Caner did a great job overall from the initial contact to finishing of the project! Michael Argano was our contact who was super educational and consultative about our 2 Hurricane/impact door project. Every communication was timely, responsive, and professional. They handle everything from start to finish which included the HOA design approval which was awesome as not all contractors are very skilled at navigating an HOA approval process.

Their team communicated/coordinated permit approval, installation, and post installation inspection without a hitch! We installed a front and back door to our townhouse - they did a great job!

We also want to highlight Yandy, the project manager. He was wonderful to work with organized, professional, and always making sure everything stayed on track and up to the highest standard.

After hearing so many stressful stories from friends and neighbors who went through similar projects with other companies, we were prepared for complications. Instead, we had a truly pleasant experience from beginning to end.

Our neighbor has the same front door but purchased/installed by a big box company and they unfortunately had many problems with their installation. Our front door installation as well as all windows and doors were perfect with no problems and the doors shut perfectly.

I always judge a company not based on whether everything goes perfectly but how they respond if it doesn’t. We had an issue with two cabana doors that were supposed to have privacy glass, but it didn’t meet our privacy expectations (this was a manufacturer problem). The owner (Daniel) personally came to our home to look at the doors and went above and beyond to come up with a solution which is much appreciated. He stated that he wanted to make sure we were happy with our windows and doors when they were finished.

Everyone in the office that helped with our order, installation, inspection, and resolutions were great, specifically Mara, Jeff, and Julian.

I was referred to Caner by a friend and throughout the process they exceeded expectations. Solomon, our salesperson was very consultative and provided great guidance through the design process of choosing the windows and doors. Then the installation team lead by Freddy did an exceptional job. There was very little dust compared to what i was expecting, the installations were done very efficiently and they did a great job cleaning up. In total it was 15 windows and doors and it all went incredibly smoothly. Once installation was complete the home office did a great job following up to be sure we were happy. Excellent experience, highly recommend.
