I cannot recommend Stan's enough. From Judy on the phone and then Stan coming to an emergency situation, they were responsive, professional, and helped us understand what we were seeing. We have a brand new home (2021), and our septic system completely backed up. The main tank was not draining into the field, was full, and we were getting ready to leave for vacation and couldn't leave like that with the house sitter coming. But they responded immediately and saved us. Thank you so much! Highly recommend!
I COULD NOT be any happier with Stan’s Septic Services!! We have been in our home for coming up on 7 years now. We have an aerobic system, and just continued the bi-annual inspections and pump outs with the company that the original home owners had used.
We ran into an issue at the last pump out. We were notified a line was broken to the leach field, so our tank was backing up into our landscaping, and were told it wasn’t safe to use our water for anything. After two weeks of trying to get ahold of the operations manager and not receiving a single call back or returned email, I ran into Stan’s Septic Services in my neighborhood. I pulled over and spoke with the owner who was there fixing someone’s septic. He told me he could certainly take care of my situation and to call the office to schedule. My daughter’s 3rd birthday was only 2 days away, and we had hoped to put a bounce house in the front yard. Judy rearranged their schedule, and had them out the very next day to fix EVERYTHING!!! They also did it for HALF the price the company we had used for almost 7 years quoted us!
Stan’s Septic Services has earned our biannual inspection amount and will be our septic company from here on out!! If there was mountains in Florida, I’d be promoting them from the highest one!! I’ve already referred my brother in law and his gf because they’re having a similar problem right now.
