BEST!!!! Septic company in this area. We had another company come out (sos) and told us 400 for them to clean out our septic and when they came out they took forever to find the septic even though we told them where it was at . They then persisted to say that they would charge additional if it went over an hour . We sent that company away and called port charlotte septic. She owner answered and her husband came out right away to talk to us and look at what was going on. They came out the next day and pumped our septic and did not over charge if it went over and hour mark. They were kind and friendly and i greatly appreciate the information that they told us that we didn't even know. I will continue to use this company and recommend to everyone who is looking.

2nd time having them come out, 😁😁I trust this company like no other, it’s been 2 years since they fixed a few pipes in my house and everything is still working perfect! I loved their customer service! They were so nice! Mrs Jan was very helpful with helping me figure things out. And Terry was very efficient about his work and was also very helpful with other questions I had. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

They are the best out there !!! Terry and his wife Janelle were right on the problem we were having ..I can't thank them enough for how professional and courtesy they were to out situation..not only did they come fast Terry Norton went out of his way to guide us to a temporary fix to a plumbing area..he is moving as fast as he can to get a new septic tank system done.i highly recommend this company !!!

Do yourself a favor & use anyone else. Had to put in a new drain field in my PC rental. They don’t do the electrical work. When asked who he uses I was told they don’t work with electricians (should’ve been a clue). New pump stopped working after about a week. They claimed it was the electric randomly going off but outlet had power every time we tested it. Worked for few month then pump stopped working again. Waited 3 days to come out. When I finally called again, Terry, he acted like it was first he heard of my call even though I explained everything 3 days earlier to his wife. He used epoxy & ties to fix something but claimed issue was my tenant’s laundry (adult couple W 1!kid visiting). Not surprisingly a couple week after 1 yr warranty the pump stopped working again. Of course this time he said the pump was bad. He offered to install the new one. Claimed he was only charging me for the pump. I went with another company (referred by someone who had similar problems w PC Septic). The installed a new pump less than his than his “favor to me” price was.
Oh ya and the wife is rude on the phone. So unless you want to deal with a problem more than once, stay away from this company.

We had our leach field replaced and a lift station was required because of the changing environment and higher water tables. Our tank did not need replaced. PCS did a fine job, were done in one day and the price was thousands less than others had quoted us. I am not sure if the other quotes assumed a need for a new tank, since they never stated it...but even so I don't believe a new tank for a 2bed 2ba house would have been over $5000.00 and that is the difference in pricing we got. I felt they were honest, their workers friendly and qualified and yes, the owner is a hands on guy.
