John and the 2 Daniel’s were great. They fix our problem fast so we can have water. Would use company again and highly recommend them.

Great company, amazing service, very fair pricing. Had to have our pump replaced first thing on a Monday morning and the technician they sent was here promptly, was very helpful in explaining the cost of everything we needed done, and tested everything before he left. Water was back on by 9:30am. Needless to say me and my wife are very very happy with the service. Quick, fair and professional.

I had a situation with my water pump on a Friday where it went out on us so we were out of water for that evening, so I called them up and was pleasantly surprised that somebody answered the phone after hours and explained to me that they could come out and service the pump and that the hourly rate would be after hours which is $200 per hour which is understandable so we decided to wait until the next day.

They promptly arrived at the time that they said on Saturday morning around 830 and looked at our pump and didn’t have one with them so they had to go get one.

One thing I think that they could do in the future is to ask the person what type of pump they have so that they could actually have it ready that it’s already broken so that we wouldn’t have to wait another four hours and be stressed out for him to come back with the pump that was necessary to replace the one that we had.

While I was waiting for the technician to come back and service the existing pump I looked up the cost of the pump on Amazon that they gave me a quote for and I found that it was $800 retail price.

I was very surprised when he gave me the quote of $2100 when he told me that it would only take about three hours to replace it because I’m sure they get these pumps at wholesale at around $500 so they ended up charging me $1600 for three hours of work or more than $500 per hour.

I even showed the technician the retail price of the pump and asked him if he could be flexible and he said he would if he was able to get things done faster and at the end, he still charged me the same amount.

I feel frustrated because I feel taken advantage of because of my need to have the pump get fixed. We were out of water because we needed it something for a party that we were going to.

And I never received an invoice.
