Went there on Friday used my card and today I have $25 debited from my card. The thing says if you put it on stop/off you will no longer be charged. Not sure how a 5 minute wash turned into a 25 charge. Use cash only no cards!!
Don't go through the drive-thru. I pressed $7 and they took out $15 and they just poured water over my car and the number they have for this car wash is out of service.
This place is really bad, you pay for 7$ wash when check your card they charge you 15$ that happens twice I need my money back
Absolutely terrible. Whoever owns this place I hope you enjoy ripping people off. There's no clear instructions with the card machine. At every other car wash to add time after using a card you hit the button on the card machine. They don't tell you here that it turns it off. You waste a $15 hold that takes 3-5 days per some banks to that hold to go away. I'm sure you enjoy stealing $15 for 1 minutes worth of a wash when people press the button to add time only for it to turn off and they have to pay again
Please be aware of their predatory marketing. They charged me $15.00 for a 4 minute rinse ONLY, nothing else. They advertise “$3.00 to start” but to the untrained eye you could perceive it as $3 for 3 minutes which I unwittingly assumed. My assumption here is, just the simple task of having the machine start is $3 and then every minute costs $3 more per minute which as absolutely ludicrous and criminal. I barely washed some bugs off the front of my truck in an efforts to not go over 5 minutes and I cut it off at 4 mins. My truck is still as dirty as it was when it came in. I could have spent $12.00 at bubble down car wash and got a full wash and dry with soap and all. You think you’re worth more than a full wash??? Criminals. Not coming back.
