Albright Window Tint

Amazing company! We’ve had all of our vehicles tinted with Albright over the years, most recently our Shelby GT500. And their communication is just as outstanding as their work. We couldn’t be happier!!

I recently purchased a brand new 2026 Tesla Model Y and booked an appointment with “Albright Window Tint” the very next day at 11:30 am. After getting my car tinted, I noticed water marks on both the cloth trim beside the windshield and on the interior. The water marks persisted even after drying up.

I immediately called the shop, but the technician seemed annoyed and uninterested in helping me find a solution. He suggested waiting at least 4 to 5 days to see if the water marks would dry and clear up.

When I called back today, he remained annoyed and unhelpful when I asked him what steps I could take to remove the stains. He seemed to shrug his shoulders over the phone.

I’m worried that I’ll take my car into him tomorrow at 12:30 pm, as we had discussed, and he might make the water marks worse because he couldn’t provide a detailed plan for removing them. I wish I had gone somewhere else. This could have been easily avoided if he had covered up the panels with plastic.

Now, my car, which was one day old when I took it to him, looks like a used car due to the water marks at the front. I want to get this fixed, but I have no confidence that he’s interested in reading Yelp reviews or addressing the complaints of many unhappy customers who say he’s rude and unprofessional.

After expressing how important it was for me to get the water marks cleared up immediately, he said he wasn’t responsible for replacing the parts if he couldn’t remove them. When I mentioned replacing the parts, it wasn’t necessarily to get him to pay for it, but I genuinely don’t want to see a bunch of water marks on a brand new car that I haven’t even had a week on the interior.

They're the best. I believe we're at 5 vehicles that we've had them install tint on. We've never had an issue with any of their install work and if we did I'm sure they would fix it immediately with no questions asked. They also offer ceramic options to help reduce the heat and block UV to protect your interior.

I'm not happy with the customer service at this small business what so ever. I took my car to get my windows tinted on my lincoln. And ironically my rear view happens to fall off while cleaning my front window. The Two business owners did not offer to fix my broken rear view mirror nor offer compensation on the price that I PAID in full. I paid $230 for tinted windows and a broken rear view mirror with no type of courtesy for this annoying inconvenience for my SNATCHED OFF BROKEN REAR VIEW MIRROR. I gave Albright my business 3 different times with 3 different cars I will never be back at this business again

Great experience with a short notice, called and they were able to get my daughter's car done before Christmas!! Thanks to the team at Albright, awesome job.
