We are over-the-moon happy with our new kitchen. From our first meeting with Ryan, to our final “walk-through”, we could not have been treated any better. He was always in communication with us, throughout the remodel.
Our total kitchen remodel was complete in just over one month. .
Working with Ozmany, our cabinet designer/builder was the highlight of my experience. He was totally honest, letting me know what would work and what wouldn’t.

We are very happy with our replacement walk in tile shower and the new wood doors on our bathroom vanity. Good experience with everyone we had contact with. Julio did most of the work. He is a meticulous master craftsman!

We flooded after hurricane Milton. Greg’s crew came right away to help clean up the mess, then proceeded to restore all the walls, doors, entire kitchen (remodel), ceilings, painted, replaced crown molding, and put new around the floor base. Pretty much everything except two bathrooms and tile floors.

They did a beautiful job on all the work. Ryan worked very hard with us to get FEMA funds, and was successful. Every employee he has, except one, is totally reliable, and pleasant to work around. We had Ryan’s cell number to text, as well as Greg’s, who made sure everything was done top notch.

We had a water heater pipe break in our garage on a Sunday and needed help. Called Southwest Restoration for help and they were recommended by our neighbors who used them several times and had great results. Ryan had a team out right away, removed wet and damaged things from garage and started blowers to dry out garage. After several days of drying, they removed drywall from ceiling and back wall that was damaged. They reinstalled drywall, retextured ceiling, painted garage walls and ceiling. They put everything back in place and it looks great. They were shorthanded and took a little longer than expected but the end results were like new. The whole crew was great, we had Don here most of time and he did a great job. I hope we won’t need their services anymore, but if we do will not hesitate to give them a call. They are the best.
