I had a fantastic experience with All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast. Their team was professional, punctual, and extremely thorough. They handled water damage in my property quickly and efficiently, explaining every step of the process. I’m very impressed with their expertise and highly recommend their services to anyone in need of water restoration or mold remediation
In short, All Dry Services Florida Gulf Cove has gone above and beyond my expectations. They were quite professional, customer-focused, excellent at communicating (emails, phones, text messages), courteous, and their price seemed more than reasonable. I would hire them again if another similar situation arose. And I would, and have already, recommended them to family and friends.
A BIG thank you to Damien and his crew: Byron, Ethan, Ryan, Josh, Travis, Justin, Jeff. Unfortunately, I’m forgetting many of the others that came, but they all did an AMAZING job! They were all very professional, friendly, answered hundreds of questions I had, they were respectful of our home and property, and they were punctual.
I would love to share my entire experience, but it’d be more appropriate to simply callout a few things:
- All Dry Services were recommended to us by one of my wife’s co-workers, another teacher at Englewood Elementary School, who personally knows Nicole Kennedy, their brand ambassador. Nicole responded to my emails within an hour and had her lead technician, Damien Rameaka, contact me.
- Damien was also very responsive to emails, phones calls, and text messages. He came out to do his inspection and estimate/quote according to the assessment protocol we were provided by an independent third-party. He was very focused on customer service and went above and beyond several times. He answered so many of my questions and addressed many concerns.
- Damien showed up with a large crew the first day to make quick work of removing all the carpets and ensure that they could get through the entire protocol within 2 or 3 days at most, which they did.
- Damien was also willing to come back to look at our A/C closet situation once the A/C company had removed the unit and removed the platform so we could see under it. They came back and performed the remediation of that too. He was even willing to leave us an air scrubber and dehumidifier during that week we were without A/C. I greatly appreciate it!
Mark and Damien at All Dry are amazing to work with. They will not leave your job until you're 100% satisfied. Highly recommend.
